8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Payment Processing
AyusLab and AyusCare applications use third-party payment service providers including Cashfree Payments to securely process online transactions.
No payment card information (such as card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN) is stored on AyusLab servers. All sensitive card/banking data is directly handled and encrypted by the authorized payment provider in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

8.2 Order Confirmation & Receipts
Once a payment is successfully completed, users will receive a confirmation message and/or receipt through email, SMS, or in-app notification.

8.3 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We follow a transparent and fair refund process for paid diagnostic services:
Service not fulfilled due to AyusLab operational issue → Full refund
Duplicate payments or failed transactions where funds are deducted → Full refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.

8.4 Failed or Pending Transactions
In the event a payment fails yet funds are deducted from the customer’s account, the amount will be credited back automatically by the payment provider within 5–7 working days. Users may contact us for support if the refund does not reflect within this duration.

8.5 Chargebacks & Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact AyusLab Support first for any payment-related concerns. If unresolved, disputes may be raised with the payment provider or applicable regulatory authority as permitted under Indian law.
